Why do you teach at SPINCO?
Ever since my first SPINCO class, I became obsessed with the vibe and amazed at the energy each instructor has brought to the room. I want to replicate that impact other instructors had on me, while bringing my own individual flair into the room.
What motivates you to get on the bike every class?
COMMUNITY. My love for this amazing community is all the motivation I need to get on the bike. The opportunity to see progress and do it together.
What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I want my riders to feel the same way I felt when I was in their spinning shoes. I want them to look forward to the energy, the music and the endorphins from experiencing the room. I want them to feel empowered, strong and inspired to overcome any challenge.
What is your favourite type of music to ride to?
As someone who lived in Colombia until I was 22 years old, I will always have a love and appreciation for Spanish music (J Balvin…if you know, you know). I’m into all other sorts of music too such as electronic and dance.
Three words your best friend would use to describe you?
Fearless, Devoted , REALLY Honest.
Favourite day off activity?
Anything that involves my dog Milo and good food, I am a foodie so it will be easy to find me at any new restaurant trying out everything!
