What do you want riders to get/feel from your class?
That no matter what is happening in their lives, what their struggles, stresses or insecurities are, for 50 minutes they can move forward, rise up and just feel the moment. Together we are redefining ourselves, taking control and finding a strength we didn’t know we had.   

What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?

The high that comes when I find my edge and the freedom I feel knowing that I am exactly where I need to be and that I am working on becoming the best version of myself.
