What do you want your riders to get/feel from you class?
To push riders past their limitations and gain a sense of strength on the bike that they can then carry outside those four walls.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
The opportunity to challenge riders not only physically but mentally as well is the biggest part for me. Every track is an opportunity to transform a moment and change the direction of somebody's day.
