What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
To give riders the courage to push past their limitations so they can gain a sense of strength on the bike that they can carry with them outside the studio's 4 walls
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
The opportunity to challenge riders not only physically but mentally as well is what pushes me to jump on the bike no matter how I feel. Every track is an oppurtunity to transform a moment and has the potential to change the direction of somebody's day
