Why do you teach at SPINCO?
I teach at SPINCO to be a part of the community of amazing people who, like me, ride to challenge every limit they thought they had.
What motivates you to get on the bike every class?
Being able to witness the mind transcending physical limitations in myself and my riders, and the empowering camaraderie that comes from that.
What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I believe everyone has different reasons for riding, so I would like my riders to get whatever they may need from my class; be it a time to escape, a time to be present, a time for introspection, for the highs of hitting the beat drop just right, to the lows they overcome in that room, or simply for the great feeling of accomplishment when it's all over.
What is your favourite type of music to ride to?
Anything with a strong beat, climactic build, and the oh-so-satisfying beat drop.
