I teach at SPINCO because of the community, it’s inspiring and uplifting. Everyone comes in for their own reason, but we motivate and support each other’s growth and development!
What motivates you to get on the bike every class?
EVERYTHING about SPINCO. The community, the music, the feeling of everyone in the room moving and pushing themselves to grow; its electric. There is a powerful sense of accomplishment after a class that is created that is so fulfilling and goes beyond each of us individually.
I want my riders to be able to spend those 50 minutes being able to get lost in the music and the moment. I want them to leave the room on a high, to feel strong, empowered and ready to take on whatever comes their way.
What is your favourite type of music to ride to?
I like riding to a bit of everything! I love dark and powerful tunes, anything that makes you feel stronger and confident. I love a good pop tune that everyone can sing along to! And I love anything Spanish, adds a little flavour to things! The truth is my range of music varies and anything that we can move to, it’s on the table!!
When I’m not on the bike, I’m probably at a coffee shop studying or out with friends!
