Why do you teach at SPINCO?

As an instructor, we are given the incredible opportunity to help people push pass limitations and create new goals on the bike. There is no way to describe the feeling of watching your riders accomplish new feats in your class and find pride in their ride. SPINCO is more than just a workout. SPINCO is a community, a family, a place to be whoever you want to be. I found my passion at SPINCO, when I get on that bike I am the best version of myself. I teach in hopes that I can inspire riders to find their drive on and off the bike. Teaching at SPINCO is a dream come true and I couldn't be here without my riders.

What motivates you to get on that bike?

When I started riding two years ago I could hardly make it through one song. It became this new exciting challenge in my life, an opportunity to push myself mentally and physically. Every time I got on that bike everything else happening in my life would just slip away and for 50 minutes I could just ride. Now as an instructor I watch my riders go through the same journey that I experienced. The riders at SPINCO are my constant motivation. As long as one person leaves my class with a smile on their face and sweat dripping I know I've done my job.
