Why do you teach at SPINCO
SPINCO is my passion and my happy place. I live and breathe it. Every day I am in awe that I get to wake up and call this my job. The community that SPINCO has attracted, from our staff to our riders, is incredible. They are the some of the kindest, most genuine, hard working and inspiring people I've ever met. You come for the classes, but stay for the people.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
What doesn't? The people, the music, the ride, the endorphins, and how much freaking FUN it is. I love it all. Riding is such a release. No matter what kind of day I'm having, I always, always leave feeling stronger, happier, and more optimistic. Life moves so quickly. Those 50 minutes on that bike are one of those rare opportunities to do something just for yourself.
What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I want to give my riders what SPINCO has given me; the ability to feel completely comfortable and confident in their own skin. There truly is no greater gift. What happens in that room is difficult to explain, but it's powerful and it's changed my life. I want to create a safe space, where we can all just let go and to leave feeling like the best version of themselves when they walk out of those doors.
