To feel energized and motivated to push their limits. Each class is a chance to push yourself further than you thought was possible.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
Feeling the energy off of everybody in the room, knowing there is one team working towards the same goal. Also for me, there’s no other sweat quite like this.
