What do you want riders to get/feel from your class?
I want riders to feel stronger, more energized, and more powerful. As well, everyone is there for a different reason so whatever they need to feel during the ride or get out of the ride I want them to feel and get that.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
What motivates me is every ride is different, everyone is there for a different reason, and day to day we ride for different reasons but we are all a team and support one another no matter what we are going through that day.
