What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I want my riders to feel like they have gotten exactly what they needed from my class--whether that be a killer sweat, a break for your mind, or chasing after that goal that you have set for yourself. In this room we celebrate the good days and work out the kinks on the bad days.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
I love going to classes and getting in my zone. In a totally non-narcissistic way, I love riding front row and watching myself in the mirror. You feel so powerful and strong when you get to see yourself making all the movements and hitting the beat. The music is so hype and it feels like everything else slips away when you let yourself get lost in the tunes and what the instructor is saying.

Where can we find you off the bike?
You can find me nursing in the operating room, stretching it out at Modo Yoga, or relaxing with family and friends.
