Why do you teach at SPINCO?

There is nothing like a SPINCO class. From the second you walk in to the studio to the moment you walk out of that room, knowing you left everything on the bike, there is just nothing like it. SPINCO is a company that is involved in it’s community, which I think is really important and makes SPINCO unique. I am so happy I have the opportunity to help bring the SPINCO experience to Vancouver riders!!!

What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?

YOU! Getting to move a whole room of people as one is an incredible feeling. You all come in with different stories and challenges, but when we are in this room, we are in it together. Plus, those disco lights help ;)

What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?

I want my riders to feel like they gave it their all. I want people to leave class feeling like they had nothing left to leave on the saddle. I want my riders to feel motivated and challenged and to feel proud of themselves for walking through that door!

What is your favorite song to ride to?

SO MANY OPTIONS! I think I have the most fun riding to 'Any man of mine', but 'Unstoppable' by Sia is a great song as well.

What is your favorite type of music to ride to?

A little bit of everything! From country to rap, if I connect to it, I ride to it!

Tell us a joke.

What do you call a group of unorganized cats? A Cat-astrophe!!!!

What’s your go to snack or meal?

Greek yogurt with granola and a sliced up banana!!! Or avocado with anything.
