What do you want your riders to get/feel from you class?
I want riders to spend 50 minutes getting so lost in the workout that they didn’t even realize how hard they have been pushing. It’s the best opportunity to challenge your body and mind while having way too much fun. I want people to leave class already excited for their next one, and empowered knowing they are leaving stronger than they arrived.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
There is just something about SPIN. The music, the vibe, the excitement, the lights, the people! It’s like a deadly combination that totally got me hooked! Have loved SPIN since the first day I tried it and have never looked back. I still get excited for my next class.
