What motivates you to jump on that bike every class?
The clarifying feeling after you challenge your body and free your mind of whatever you are feeling that day. Being able to facilitate this feeling for others is more than motivation. The energy, vibe, and riders are simply addicting
What do you want your riders to get and feel from your class?
I want riders to be able to feel comfortable in an environment where they can push and challenge themselves, to enjoy the loud beat, strengthening movements and to let go. I want riders to take what they need from the class while walking away sweaty
