What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I want my riders to push themselves; to find their limits and have the courage to blow past them, physically and mentally. Everyone's reason to ride is personal. Wether you want to shift your focus inwards or embrace the ride as a team, I want my riders to feel their power and strength no matter which journey they decide to embark on.

I want riders to feel like they crushed those 50 minutes, every single class and come out feeling like they can accomplish anything they set their mind to; on the bike or outside of those doors.

I have learned that people won’t always remember what I said, and they won’t always remember what I did, but they will always remember how I made them feel.  That's all that matters to me.

What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
That beat! Sometimes all your soul needs is music. There is nothing more exhilarating than feeling that beat, that rhythm in your body, heart and soul. Letting it all out on the bike together and sweating it out as a team, is such a profound experience. I’m motivated by the powerful energy that each person brings, their hard work and their spirit. I will never turn down a party on a bike!

Quote to live by?
The best thing someone can do is tell me I can’t do something. Thanks for the coal. I’ll light the fire.

Where can you find me off the bike?
In the gym…lifting something heavy. Or eating sushi.
