Why do you teach at SPINCO?
I teach at SPINCO because it is more than just a place to workout. It’s a family, a community. A safe space with no judgement. We are all there to do the same thing WORK - gaining strength with every pedal stroke SWEAT - pushing past that comfort zone ACHIEVE -new goals by breaking down those boundaries!

What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?

The riders because they are everything! Without them there would be no class.

What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?

I want my riders to not only have fun, but in that 50 minutes I want to help my riders grow. I want to push those limits until we feel them push back! Every time they walk out those doors, I want them to feel a new level of empowerment and strength.

What is your favorite song to ride to?

Quote to live by?

There are no happy endings. Endings are the saddest part,
So just give me a happy middle
And a very happy start.
