What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class:
I want my riders to gain a new sense of wellness and strength. All while getting out of their comfort zone and discovering new limits.
What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?:
Knowing that you're all in it together sweating it out. Reaching that goal you set for yourself at the beginning of your ride.
