Why do you teach at SPINCO?
Teaching at SPINCO challenges me in the best way possible. The community is everything and has always driven me for every class. Being vulnerable on that podium, knowing that I have the privilege to share with others what SPINCO has brought to me, is like no other feeling! Being comfortable and confident with who you truly are, and helping others feel stronger than when they walked in those doors.
What motivates you to get on the bike every class?
This community and that energy inside those four walls!
What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
I want my riders to feel challenged, confident and empowered. I want them to feel like they can accomplish anything inside and outside the studio. Each ride is a new opportunity. I want my riders to be themselves, feel every beat in there and most importantly HAVE FUN!
What is your favourite type of music to ride to?
Anything with a big beat!
