What do you want riders to take away from your class?
I hope my riders use my class as 50 minutes to be present for themselves, taking the time to disconnect from life beyond the doors of SPINCO and soak up the moment for a lil' self-love and self-care. We all deserve the time to do the things that fill our cup back up - so I hope my riders use my class as a time to do just that.
Where can we find you outside of SPINCO?
Snackin' and snappin'!
When did you get involved with SPINCO?
I took my first class right after the Downtown studio opened back in January 2019. Shortly after, via their newsletter I learned that the studio has an Energy Exchange program and was looking for individuals to join the team. From the first moment I stepped through the doors of SPINCO, I knew this community was something I needed to be a part of. My role in the community has changed between rider, energy exchange and now instructor, but the feeling of home has remained the same.
